Canceled orders must be made within 24 hours of purchase. (If I have not started on your order.)
All cancels made after the 24/hour period will incur a restocking/inconvenience fee.
Please note that all products have different production times. My minimum production time is 1 week.
All orders are shipped in the US, and the minimum shipping date for orders outside the US are 17 days. (This does NOT include production time).

Refunds:
Due to the nature of items I sell, personalized items are final sale.

Damaged Items:
Please inform me of any damage within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Claims can be emailed along with a picture of the damage to qualify for a replacement.
In the event that your item is damaged in transit please keep all packaging materials, notify the delivery service if external damage is evident. Do not discard any packaging materials or any damaged product as the shipping company may request to pick up the package from your home. Because my items are seasonal and one of a kind, I may not be able to replace the item, in which case I will issue a full refund.

Spelling Errors:
To qualify for free replacements please send us a photograph of the personalization and I will mail a new item within 48 hours. (Based on availability) I am not responsible for misspelling if that is what you gave me in the notes upon checkout. Additional Fees will apply.
